Dunlavy Law Group has been general counsel to Etowah Water & Sewer Authority, a political subdivsion of the State of Georgia, since 2010. In this role Dunlavy Law Group counsels the Authority on all aspects of its operations in providing water and sewer service to Dawson County citizens.
A 53 single family subdivision governed by covenants and bylaws in the Oak Grove area of DeKalb County. Dunlavy Law Group has assisted the HOA with general governance issues and in litigation against DeKalb County (Superior Court of DeKalb County) concerning a dispute over whether the County accepted the subdivision’s water and sewer infrastructure for public maintenance and repair.
