Dunlavy Law Group, LLC is a small boutique law firm practicing in a variety of venues in the larger Atlanta metropolitan area and the State of Georgia. The firm specializes in land use, zonig, historical preservation, and non-transactional real estate matters. Representation before local governments, trial and appellate courts is provided. The firm was established in March of 2007 by Linda Dunlavy, formerly Of Counsel with Wilson, Morton and Downs; Smith Gambrel and Russel, Seyfarth Shaw, and the DeKalb County Law Department.
Henry Ward Beecher
After practicing in a number of legal settings ranging from not-for-profits to government to private firms, in 2007 Ms. Dunlavy founded her own solo practice in order to provide more hands on, efficient representation for her clients. The firm consists of Linda Dunlavy, attorney and owner; Gloria Woodward-Glasser, paralegal; Lana Jones, legal administration manager. Ms. Dunlavy has in excess of twenty-five years of legal experience and works along with her experienced staff to provide legal service tailored to the clients’ needs. The Firm specializes in land use, real estate litigation, and government law. Representation is provided to individual property owners, builders, developers, religious institutions, not-for-profits, neighborhood groups, and governmental entities. Since 2022, the team has worked remotely–the firm maintains no physical office space but is connected via the cloud–and found that it can more efficiently serve its clients this way.
Ms. Dunlavy prides herself on communication, accessibility, and transparency in all matters. Although working remotely, members of the team are always available through email. office phone, and virtual platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays re generally maintained although access is often available evenings and weekends.
